3am Thoughts

How do you know if someone has genuine feelings for you ?? Like words can be extremely deceptive. How to figure out ??

I don't even know how I feel. It's just a feeling of numbness, yet sadness mixed in. I'm not happy like I used to be, that's what I get from my two best friends. I thought that being adopted would help me feel better, knowing that I would have a family again, but it didnt. It made me feel worse. I have thoughts of self harm a lot, but I won't tell my parents anything because feel judged by them, especially by my mom. I don't really have anybody else to talk to about it besides my friends, but I already feel like I put too much on their shoulders that I've distanced myself a bit from them..

The Accident (1/3) 

One month ago, 
11th August, 08:30 PM. 
I was driving the bike, with the best person on the earth in the back seat. We met after 6 months, and I was happy - after a long time. Memorable moments.
We met an accident. I don't remember much. All I know is we went into coma, I woke up after 3 days and the first question that arises in my mind was - where is she? Get to know that she is still in coma. It took me a whole week to feel a bit better and to know the harsh reality - that she is no more. 

I really don't how to digest the fact. She died the next day after the accident. I was devastated. The best person I ever know, the person whom I admire and respect soo much is no more. Now I think about all the possibilities that could have happened, we could have spent 10 mins more at the cafe - as she insisted or maybe I could have driven a bit slow, idk. I feel guilty. 

hi there! how do women know when a man is into them? I mean what are the signs? Is there a quick test or something which will help me find out which category to put a particular guy into? Asking this because my history has taught me not to trust my judgment! Also, there's this guy who flirted so hard with me in high school but now after 4-5 years, tells me that he's not into me and doesn't want a relationship but wants to make out with me (and only me) (I am his first kiss and he's hot), wants to do all the dirty stuff with me only but Idk if it means anything to him, treats me super special one day and like i don't exist the next day. Wants to talk to me every day but doesn't want to put in any effort for me. I do understand it's toxic but i don't understand if there's any possibility of him being a better person ever, cuz sometimes he behaves like he's the perfect person out there- caring, pampering, understanding, respecting, just too loving! It's been a month since he cheated on me. So I loved this particular guy and was so into him that I did every possible thing to stay with him. But one day I saw his dms and I was shocked that he was talking to a very good friend of mine. Not only I'm broken rn but I'm curious as to why boys do this? When you've found a person who loves you and is loyal to you then why do you cheat?
