Yet another day, feeling worthless. Feels like I don’t get valued the same way I value others. Hurts when you see them valuing the small things about others n you don’t get the same treatment. Sometimes I overthink but that’s my nature n it hurts when u see the difference when you give so much importance to a person n don’t get it back the same way.

Hi. I think you could first start giving value to yourself so that you don’t rely on validation from others. Tips to improve your self-esteem are- affirmations, gratitude journaling, self care and most importantly celebrating your own achievements (small or big).
