I used to feel the same way but just get one thing really clear , your body doesnāt define you , you define yourself. Look in the mirror and tell yourself , youāre a freakin boss. I know it can be hard but donāt let them get to you.

I hear you, people do make you feel like shit once you so much as begin to accept yourselves. I have been fat shamed for as long as I can imagine, and itās not like I am obese. I am active, I am a national volleyball player whatnot. Iām just bigger, thatās the whole freaking problem.
