I feel bad, when someone just talks with me in their good times. Like don't feel good Or wanna talk in worsts, I understand ki people might not wanna talk much in worsts. But I feel like self-doubts ki we aren't that good friend that they feel comfortable or simply bad ki maybe we are just friends of good time, which hurts a bit.

I Have always Read Or have heard that watch Your Words When You speak Because it May hurt . I guess Same goes for blames.  Blames  .. Every kind Of blame. Same as the words Blames can Effect a Person. When You Are in anger or When things dosent go right People Blames One another Not Knowing It can damage the other Person badly . ITS VERY Easy To Blame Anyone For various reasons . Blames too Damages a Mind Baldy .. Have Anyone else faced it ??

Mental Illness

I don't know what's wrong with me, I am so so lost now. So, I was replying the people on last vents of my mental exhaustion, feeling depressed and all, while sitting on sofa when my dad also later came there and sat.😮. Like how I opened this while sitting next to him?😬 And what happened is he suddenly turned towards me to see and asked "Kya dekh rahi hai" (What are you watching)🤐 damnnn I felt like I almost got caught, and this will gonna be a big argument. Somehow I turned it off. Well the thing is they don't understand about mental health at all, don't even know how depressed I am or what I am going through, how I am feeling etc. I am an adult btw.
The question is how much I got lost now? Like I don't even aware of what I am doing and where? Please help, how far big problem it is? Am I gone mad now?

Mental Health

my mother and grandmother are always talking about how I don't eat enough ALL THE TIME. I'm so done with them especially my grandmother she visited us and the whole 2 days whenever I talk to her she changes the topic and says that I don't eat and that's why I sleep a lot and that's why I'm anemic I explained it to her that I'm taking my pills for that and I won't change my eating habits but she just doesn't understand every dinner she adds to my plate I tell her no but of course she doesn't care. I usually don't have lunch and yeah ik it's not good but I don't care that's how I wanna live I'm okay with myself and my weight my mom ofc hates that and yells at me for it but I know it damn well she wouldn't have said a thing if I was obese insted I'm so angry at them for it I don't care if they think they're doing good for me I said it so many times I'm happy like this
