Agree!! But we never know when we really will fall in love and when we are in love with that one person!! Trust me you will start respecting their choice !!it will not really matter for you to be with them or they love you back!! It's just my opinion 

What if he doesn't know that you love him!! If he knows yes he may feel guilty but if he doesn't no one is holding him!!

Career

A particularly bad day. Missing him too much. Hoping he comes back. I dont know when it will get better but for now i am unable to cope. My self esteem and confidence are going down the drain. I catch myself crying every few hours.

Breakup

My friend recently told me that she was cancelling her Halloween party due to having a family emergency. However, Ive spoken to a few people who were also invited but she has not told them that it was cancelled. She also created a Facebook event for the party and hasn't posted on that to say it's cancelled. I don't want to doubt her but I've got this feeling like I'm the only one she's told it's cancelled and that she doesn't actually want me there but invited me in the first place because she felt obligated to. Is there anything I can do? What can do I?? 

Relationships

I cannot feel things. Or rather negative things. I'm a deeply emotional person, therapist of the group very sweet in nature I feel things or positive emotions very deeply very compassionate. But when it comes to negative emotions I don't think I feel them as much. Be it hurt, betrayal, loss of someone or whatever I'm feeling (negative) I just don't actually feel it, like it's with positive emotions. I feel I numb myself or something. But I try to feel it but still I know I'm deflecting it, I can feel it. As a result there's a lot of unprocessed emotions in me and plus they're negative so they can turn into resent and blame and mess up my body too. But I sit with it, I write, I try to feel them but it just doesn't happen. I keep being numb. As a kid my subconscious numbed them for survival but now it's become natural. And I'm that glass always half full person, toxic positivity kinds, and it's messing up with me. I have to feel those negative emotions to be able to let them go. It's stuck and my life's stuck they're turning me into a fearful person those emotions have become my limiting beliefs. I am not able to find a way out. 

Exhausted

I feel myself very unlucky whether it be career, relationships or any other aspects of life. I try to make myself believe that it's okay it's okay, it happens, it will be fine. And next day again something bad happens. I have started feeling exhausted now.

Oh God, Im sooooo exhausted. Its the mental exhaustion I’m talking about rn. I feeel so irritated for no reason, I feel like I hate my husvand sometimes but in REALITY Im the mentally unstable one, I ain’t teaching myself to ignore petry shit that hurt me SOOOOO much that I ruin my whole day.
