Now&Me Thinks

So I broke up w my bf 3 months ago. I had my reasons, I know it was right at that moment. For the first one month, I didn’t feel a thing. But then, there’s this uneasiness. Whenever I see him or hear his name I’m having a mini Panic attack, my appetite is completely dead, I don’t even want to get up from my bed. He seems like he moved on. I don’t know whether it’s the guilt or hurt that he didn’t even try to reach out to me once or maybe a feeling of unworthyness that he gave up on me so quickly. It’s not like I broke up for silly reasons, I tried and tried to tell him that it feels like a one man show (me putting all the efforts) he made my biggest fear ever in a relationship come true (guy putting all the effort in the beginning and then taking the girl granted ). Despite letting him know this several times, he didn’t change and instead said “I’m kinda pressuring him” that was my last straw. But why do I get to be the depressed kid after the breakup even after doing everything I could. I need solution to get over this feeling and feel like I’ve done something wrong.
