I was In a relationship of 4 years but now our bond is No more like before...he doesn't care about me but i am dying to be with him..i m not mentally soo strong to let go memories very easily . I am just stuck between what to do and how to do! I want to break this up but i am unable to each time I see his face i fall in love again..😑 he doesn't care about my existence now but i want to feel him in every second of my life

I hate it when people have a conversation with me once and then leave. I thought using this app I could improve my mental health but I think it's doing opposite.
Yes I always try to encourage others in their hard times. But I can't help myself. Why can't I solve my own problems while at the same time I help others to solve their's. It's killing me😓

Building the habit of let him go after a nasty breakup from his end. We both blocked each other. Not that I am not working or talking to someone else. I went for a coffee date too with the new guy. He is nice and career wise good too. But the Trucaller last active status of my ex always features on the top without me asking for it. Somethings are unusually unhappy and heavy. Any suggestions? His cute face keep resurfacing and reminds me of our laughter filled cute lovely dovey days. His birthday is next week for which we had grand plans. Should I wish him happy birthday through some text message 🤔?
