Kl kis kis ka fast haa.

After my breakup with my long distance boyfriend of 4 year. I promised myself I will not stalk him coz I know he had moved on with someone else that to within days of our breakup. May be he was cheating all this while. 
But today when I broke my promise and went ahead to stalk him and his fends of fb. Saw pictures of him with his New girlfriend. It broke me I knew I may find something like that but still I did it. Kind of self harm. Now I am feel so uncomfortable nd anxious with all this. 
I know we were not meant to together we expect different things in life. I was the one who was wanting this breakup. Was not ready to commit to this relationship in someway. 

The loss of love, my only bestfriend and my diary is too much for me to handle. Wish I could have him around as my friend atleast. We can do it but not the right time. May be in future it would be right.

How can i forget someone this easily ik i have a crush on him and i will never get him but it's too tough to forget when you love that person soo much that you don't want to go away he hasn't done anything bad he was my friend to but it's just that feeling which come and destroys everything it to easy for friends to say that everytime you say u will forget but always run back to the same person fr please someone help me to forget him please but in a way that i don't hurt him too please
