Hahaha like i give my advice about his work and he just get mad and says something that “Don’t try to teach me or lecture me cause i know this much better than you” And i just said that i said from my opinion to let he see how he can make better than this save the time and be benefit for him. And he go away get out of my office

Actually i told him that his work need to fix And i give an advice to guide that hiw he can fix it And he hets upset blame me i do like this with everyone as equal

You’re not in fault here but i guess you should stop giving him any advice or suggestions unless he asks…or if you really wanna help him thn regarding the situation you need to ask him question…the type of question that while answering he will figure it out himself…its like your just poking him in the right direction instead of pushinh him…and regardless of gender, people feel important when the idea originated from them…if u have an idea and its the only logical one still some people will find it difficult to apply them bcz they will feel like a cheat to just use your idea…

Not always true … i always put my opinion to my girl but left the final decision to her like “its not good yaar to hang out with guys who like you and have proposed you multiple times… please stop calling them ur bffs they are there for a reason” … but she always turned me down saying i am insecure.

If u want to stay … just calmly tell him that every human is different. And if we pick our past everytime. It will always be toxic . Cos everyone makes mistakes and learn and make changes with it . But if you keep picking that old behaviour i will never be able to change that mistake from my past. As u grow old we change as human. Experience changes and everyday we need to adopt to this fast changing world. So we do need to support each other.

In my opinion… if u have any advice to give always ask it before. Like tell him “can i give u advice”
But don’t forget he came to my office to let’s me re-check his work yeah and i told have some mistakes and give te advice to guide him. Anyway thanks for your opinion i will try to do like that with him in the next time it might be work

I’m sorry to hear from you but it’s really make me feel bad cuz i do it cuz my duty and never try to control or lecture whoever i say it as my view as what i see about the problems And okay if yiu have a better we can talk we can exchange I’m open up i don’t manage that you have to do like this this or this cuz have some mistake happened it could destroy his career and our company too.
