Lonely

So just now i saw a post about someone's look and stuff over here.
I am also not confident about the way i look. And this thing is killing me somehow.

I am a girl. I am 19 years old. I am 5'6".
But according to people i don't look 19, they say i look older. And this is why i feel embarrassed going out around people.  either its my relatives or friends even just normally going out for something. 
It hurts me when people says i look older then my age😞

Self Love

Is it mandatory to tell people that they have put on weight? 
Can't people just mind their own fucking business????


Anxiety

Hello guys.
I am new to this app.
So my first insecurity is my body.
When I was a kid, everything was fine and I never got to face any body shaming.
But as a teen my friends with whom I was with from past 8 years started saying bad stuff about my body.
They called me flat, told me I was too small, boys won't be attracted to me.
Put on some olive oil.
You are flat from behind as well.
You won't be able to please boys.
 when I see myself in mirror I too want to have big boobs big ass.
Everyone told me that having flat chest and flat ass won't help you. You are not attractive.
I am insecure now.
Whenever I see someone who has bigger boobs thn mine I feel sad like why don't I have one.
Now I am thinking about plastic surgery but at some point I don't want to have fake boobs and ass.
I am sad.


3am Thoughts

Probably the worst thing someone can ever tell me, and it is that, you are all skin and bones and so lean, what will a guy do with your body, as I am about to get married, and here I am questioning my body, and I am feeling so uncomfortable and scared now. 

Insecurity

I see too much pain and toxicity.. Here everybody lives in fools paradise... Different set of standards what they want... Even khud ki shakal baigan jaise ho pr he/she needs good looking face.. I recently show a post some girl mentioned she will date only tall guys.. Alright thats good but why abuse those are of short heights.. Not required.. Keep yout fantasy to yourself..?! Respect others  it doesn't matter how deformative body he has.. God has give same organs like you..! Never disrespect other to defend your manifesto.... Be kind hearted..! Or it will be not be the another day when your good looking partner make your life doom and will come crying..! Before life teaches you its principles.. 

Gratitude

I bet you 100 bucks that you cannot find anyone who can help/encourage/motivate you to lose weight without insulting you in one way or another lol

Body image

Being a victim of body shaming is an experience that only another victim can recount. It is sometimes unintentional but more often is implied by certain inconsiderate acts against the person in question. It is generally thought to be against people who are fat, but it is equally meaningful for the people who are thin. Only a victim knows how far reaching its consequences can be. People think it is OK to make fun of people based on their appearances. Someone is black, someone is white, someone is fat someone is thin. What the society does not realise, is that with the means of such petty actsthe person's self esteem completely degrades. They will start hating their own body. The mirror becomes a constant reminder of their personal sufferings, taunting and ridiculing their dowdy figure. People around you will certainly make fun of you and when your clothes will not fit you anymore they will laugh. You will go out in skinny trousers devil laugh at your skinny legs. You will go out for shopping and you will not find your size. The sales girl will laugh behind your back and you will just smile and go on. But your inside will be crumbling the weight of your incessant struggles will shatter the very foundations of your self esteem. You will want to be like those supermodels and those actors with seemingly "perfect" bodies revered by everyone. But your story should not end there. You are more than your body, you are more than your face. Do not let the society tell you otherwise.
