instilling discipline doesn’t happen overnight. start by solidifying your sleep schedule for the first two weeks, meaning you will commit weekends. slowly feel it out over those days and see how your body adapts. it’s NOT about completing what you know you’re capable of. it’s about developing consistency and exercising based off how you feel when getting started. good luck, SB!
