it's all about betrayal of friendship where i involve with people more after they ignores me it's discouraging me, effecting on my self esteem.

I always had fear of judgement. I must overcome this to move forward in life. 

We see other and feel insecure. But it is nothing more than a lack of efforts made to build self. 

Making every day count on improving ourselves build confidence and fills me up that I have the power to provide value as well. It is just imagination where I used to suffer. 

But not anymore more.

How do I stay away from digital devices ?

I want to cry out so loud and clear out all the pain that’s weighing me down I don’t even know how to get away from the problem I’m facing i just want to run away from everyone at this point  but I can’t and I can’t tell my family the situation I’m facing everything stressing me out I don’t know what to do .
