Sometimes I feel like everything is over in my life. Nothing is going to change and I am going to be end up alone despite of having a family.
I always find myself left out from family or its just a feeling or reality.
Always shouting not happy tired irritated… not even able to concentrate on my work
Take the first step dear, remind yourself that what you are feeling is valid. Every feeling is valid. Feel it and write it out. It will make you feel better!
