why it always those who hurt you the most the ones that hold you so tight you feel like you’d never be able to let go?
like, i don’t love you, i don’t think it was ever love. But why do you still hurt me like this?? why are you the only one in my mind? I think it’s easier to move on from love than from hate. Because a good lover will never leave you with permanent scars that remind you of them and the pain they caused you daily. A good lover leaves good memories that make letting go easier bc you know you made a good use of your time with them and there are no regrets left, no hard feelings, there’s no need for you to look out for them everyday just to make sure they aren’t living a better life than yours
