Why is it that complaints actually get rewarded with cold behaviour. Why can’t someone older be wrong. Why do elders have so much ego that they cannot see the blatant mistakes they are doing.

Well its very simple for exp. if you start a construction of building and after completion of its foundation you realised that there is a big mistake and at that moment you may stop further construction work and resolve that problem easily.
But if the same mistake you found or realise after the completion of the building what what you will do ???
I think the only way out is adjustment…Right ??
you will not dismantle the complete building and reconstruct again.
In the same way our elders are at the stage of completion of building and on behalf of their experience some habits are not able to change. So we need to adjust with them to maintain the peace of mind.
