Well, you can choose to let go of the person but not the feelings you have for them. They individually are just normal persons and it’s just you who makes them special, so letting you go makes them lose their speciality. You know 2 days ago my 6 year long relationship bf got married with another women and i m seeing pictures on Instagram ( i stalk him) he didn’t even breakup with me he just stop calling…is your situation is as bad as mine? But i cry a lot now when i saw there engegment picture i cry i cry everytime i cry then i saw the wedding pic I don’t feel nothing now so for me crying helps
After listening to this, my heart is breaking for you and I can’t even imagine what you are going through. Marrying someone else while you are committed to someone is huge thing. At least he could have respected you and told you. I’m sorry and i hope god give you the strength to overcome this 🙇🏻♀️ mine is not as bad as this but i loved him with everything, he chose another girl over me because i was being possessive and because of this he proposed the other girl to hurt me. I saw pictures and video of them kissing each other and it broke my heart into trillion pieces. I never loved anyone so much and he knew that this is going to hurt me that’s why he did this. And still i love him but I’m trying to let him go because I’m just hurting myself. And i hope the same for you- that you get over him and you meet someone one day (when you are ready) and that person is going to love you more than you can imagine <3

The process is long and really tough. One day you feel like you forgot him totally and another day you will find yourself missing him. All you need patience. It becomes really tough because of memories you have with person. We emotionally depend on them and when we cut the ties that emotional suport flies away with them and that’s something make it really tough for us. don’t pressure yourself too much. Trust the process while giving efforts. One day things will be alright and you’ll look into past and your process and you’ll feel proud on yourself.
