Confusion

There are people around me i know that, in a way they do care about me but i never see them worrying about me when I don't feel fine, like they will say all the time I'm there for you. But when I talk something i don't know the topic just ends so fast. It's like I'm lonely but also with people around. Sometimes I get so hurt like i just sit in my room or go alone outside. But during that time i feel like my chest is getting very heavy, i want to cry so much more cuz it probably is just adding up. But I'm not able to. What should I do? 

How to get straight in back.. Argh my posture is changing a lot I've a great height but bcoz of this bending back my personality doesn't look good everyone tells me to be in a proper posture but I'm not able to.. I'm a female
