i overthink about someone i used to like but i didn't confess because i know that person doesnt like me and not interested in relationship. now the problem is that person is away from me, enjoying life and i am getting jealous. now i don't expect relationship from that person but this social media keeps reminding me. if i block that person that may give hint to that person that i m jealous and not a good friend. my day sucks and i become sad when i overthink what should i do to change myself?
