Though I have given up on trying to develop a sense of fashion, I have acquired a few takeaways from that endeavour. One of them is that I should consider participating in more social activities to enjoy myself whether or not I have company. It may feel awkward and pathetic, but it is a rather relieving experience.

I am confused
My ex bf is getting married next month and I am feeling sad. We broke up last year because of our family issues but we are still in touch. I know i should be happy for him because he is moving on with his life. But i keep thinking about him. I try to keep myself busy with different things but whenever i am alone i start thinking about him...and i feel anxious and sometimes it feels like pain in my heart. I want to get over him but i have no idea how to do that. Because deep down inside my heart its hard to see him with someone else. If anyone can suggest me something please help.🤗
