Why does my mother look at her phone all the time instead of helping me?

She said”In a few moments” before looking at her phone for a few hours.

I made a mistake. I cheated on and lied to the love of my life. I can clean to her a few days ago and now she can’t ever trust me again. I have no excuse for cheating. I was at my lowest and I wasn’t thinking at all. Please help me. I just want her back.

Intro

In my past , I had a lot of friendships where they used to talk down to me when others were around and especially guys. I didn't mind it cause most of the time I didn't even like those guys they did , but it still affected me somehow cause right now I have this friend who doesn't exactly talk shit about me in front of guys but she says stuff which makes me look stupid and she is really nice when no one else is around... Which is super confusing to me and I am scared that she might turn out to be more like my past friendships but I am just shutting myself saying that it's all me and that am judging her because of my past experiences 

Friends

I still live with parents... At 38; my whole world went to shit.

at 2019 things were looking up, I had a small gardening business, I had my clients, my projects, my workers.

It all came tumbling down. I have nothing now. I can't even find a job; no matter how many CVs I sent, I get ghosted. Not even a notification of "we will not be hiring you"...

I'm growing desperate because this year I turn 39. My dad tells me that maybe I should be working on something other than Architecture, maybe at a Ford, or at Amazon...

But, here's the thing... I feel I can't. I look at my two older brothers: one is a surgeon (fuck me, he lives alongside my parents!), the other is a programmer in New York. How the fuck will I feel knowing that I'm the family fuckup? I know this is not it, but, I can't turn off that fucking feeling.

I have my plan... If at 40 I don't find something stable, I will be gone. At least the pain will be over.

Career

I m ashamed,feeling very low and miserable. I m a mother of a 16 year old. I m in a relationship outside my marriage since some time as i never connected with my husband. He has some anger issues and has hit and humiliated me many times. I came in touch with a classmate of mine and we started chatting and talking over the phone. We came really close and he is like a complete support system to me. My son somehow hacked my phone and read our chats. he is not talking to me since last 2 days,not looking at me and hates me.
i feel miserable and ashamed of myself. Since ysterday i m also thinking of ending my life.
