3am Thoughts

Why is there a need for us to exist. What's the point.

Delusion

Feeling like literally frustrated, disappointed and where you feel like numb even though u have something and everyone is busy with their lives and no one is there to understand us....It's very hard to say or express our thoughts to people especially if we are in a dilemma or crisis. Even though, our dear ones try to console us they can't completely understand actually no one is able to understand what we are dealing with. There's a constant battle between your thoughts and brain. I'm tired of all these things currently going on losing all hopes day by day. Don't know what to do ...

Confusion

Maybe the real purpose of my existence is to help people be themselves. To help them stand up for what they want and for the decisions they make. To be their support system if they need a little push. To help them correct  and align their lives even if it means I have to be judged and risk my own face…

Other

I am feeling that life is devoid of any pleasure. There is no motivation for doing anything. Nothing gives joy. 
This is the state I am in for several months. I am having dysthymia (chronic persistent depression) and for the last few weeks I am going through a major depressive episode on top of it. 
For all my friends out there who are suffering, whatever reason it may be, there is always something we can do in a given situation. "This too shall pass". 

Depression

“What is my purpose in life?” I asked the void. “What if I told you that you fulfilled it when you took an extra hour to talk to that kid about his life?” said the voice. “Or when you paid for that young couple in that restaurant? Or when you saved that dog in traffic? Or when you tied your father’s shoes for him?”

“Your problem is that you equate purpose with goal-based achievement. God or the Universe or morality isn’t interested in your achievements… just your heart. When you choose to act out of kindness, compassion and love, you are already aligned with your true purpose. No need to look any further.”



Nothing feels better now, I feel alone all the day and night. Every time each mental breakdown makes me worst. Feels like I'm no worthy of anything. Even though people will say you will find something or someone but I've lost all hope now. I don't know if I can take things any more. :)

I don't know how to describe this but I feel like I'm losing myself. I can't control what I shouldn't or should do it, unmotivated, sad, alone, sometime I'm happy and the next day sad. It is hard having no one to talk to. It's not like I don't have a family or friends but I don't think they will be able to understand. It's hard having to fight alone with this unknown battle. I just wish that I will be happy. No more overthinking, no more worries, no more tears. 

Honestly I don't know how I am feeling...I am just exhausted and i can't take this anymore...no dont worry I cannot self harm myself because I am strongly against that. But it sometimes feels like everything happens the wrong way...and i am super lonely.
