Why do things go wrong at the moment when you think everything is going well?

Why cant they be even a lil bit considerate to me?? I dont normally get stomach cramps but for the past 2 months ive been getting real bad cramps and i cant literally handle tat... But they r giving me work to do and i literally cant stand and im too tired from staying up till 1am everyday studying... they dont even allow me to sleep in on the weekends... why cant they be considerate of me?? Even my sis..she has it real than me.. atleast she  should understand me right? but she gives me works which she herself can do.. I asked them if they could buy icecream (as it is good for cramps) for since the first day and now 3 days has passed and still nothing.. idk wat to do.. im both physically ill and mentally ill and i hav my exams starting on Monday.. im too stressed!! Why cant they be supportive and motivate me to do better? All they do is make me think im useless and worthless..
