I need the opinion of queer women (or anyone else at this point). How do you deal with being in a relationship and having other queer friends? I’ve been in my long distance relationship for 3 years and met my first real friend since covid a few months ago (who happens to be a gay woman). My gf seemed to be happy for me as the three of us later hung out. She now tells me she’s uncomfortable with me having sleepovers with her and acts very coldly to me whenever my friend and I hang out. I feel like she hates me but i’m trying so hard to be a good gf.

3am Thoughts

I don't know what's going on. What is happening. Really is there problem with me? Or is it because they don't like me? If I really don't work well why they gave permanent position to me? If they had that much doubt about my work ability they should have told me. If there is really problem with me. I will definitely try to improve my skills. I'm trying. I'm here willing to put efforts. Then where is the problem I don't understand. They didn't gave work to me from starting onwards. even if they did they won't tell what is right and wrong. I'm also human mistakes happen but I'm trying to rectify them. I don't know still how many days I have to go through this hell. I'm feeling so down and loosing confidence in my work abilities.  When my manager told creativity is low. I told I will improve my skills. Then where went wrong?
