Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

Why do my head aches in the evening. From 6-7:30. It’s so weird but it happens everyday. I can’t be in my room around that time if I have been in room the whole day. It’s like I need to go downstairs else my head will ache and I feel weird.

Is it just me or does this happen to others too?
