Why do companies ghost instead of giving feedback or maybe even just a simple rejection email.
Gave interview cleared tech round and after that had a interview with founder but after that they completely ghosted me , atleast tell me that I am rejected or something instead of ghosting
This creates so much anxiety

I guess it must be a startup. Gernally they dont respond on time because they have lot on their platter. Check with their 2nd in command if possible .
