Why do companies conduct interviews and then email you to inform you that you've been rejected?

Are yaar 2 round liya,or bola HR will call you for further procedure bola then rejected ka mail aya

Bhai ye 6th company hai abhi to khud pe sawal uta raha hu

Aab nahi ho pa raha bhai, ghar wale bhi pressure me daal rahe hai

Going through the same situation . Atleast you're getting interviews.

Anxiety

I got a feedback call from my interviewer. giving me feedback on how the interview went which was average .  Does it mean I'm rejected or selected? 

I am so scared to give interviews like agar nhi hua to ? I prepared for today's interview and then at last I cancelled before they proceed. Sometimes I think ky hi hojaega mock interview maan kr chlenge aage aur bhi aaenge. I have cancelled many interviews by giving silly excuses just cuz I am scared. I still prepare for it even tho I know I will cancel it. 

Job Dissatisfaction

Feeling low, rejected.
Have applied to a big sports brand and after being interviewed for close two months they decided that I am not the right fit for the profile.
I came this close to my dream job and without any genuine reason I was rejected.
I contacted the HR of the company which said that he really does not have any constructive feedback as every interviewer (I went through 6 rounds of interview in that company) were positive for me.
Pretty disheartened and low on life

I remember there was this one company I really wanted to get into, I was so nervous that I messed up the entire interview ugh I can never forget that.

Hello. I was waiting for the results of an interview all these months and suddenly lockdown happened and results weren't announced. 
I have invested years together to be there, and when I thought things might work out this time in my favour, there is this unending pause. 
I am clueless. I am not young anymore and I don't have the energy to try something different.


I'm so happy that I finally cracked my interview and now I can proudly say that I'm a part of Indigo 6E. Future flight attendant here. Yayyyyyyyyyyy
