Why calculating calories is the worst thing to do while losing fat?

Not all calories are created equal. Instead of focusing on calories, focus on the type of calories,

- Most of processed foods contain refined carbs and high sugars which spike our insulin, makes us gain fat, instead use complex carbs that come from whole grains, fruits, and veggies which break down slowly to keep the body energetic.

- Replace low-fat food products, deep-fried foods, hydrogenated oils with healthy fats, such as egg yolk, nut butter, nuts and seeds, ghee as these healthy fats improve metabolism which in turn burns fat.
