I sprained my knee i guess. I did nothing no movement was just getting up from chair n felt striking pain n since then it's paining cannot move n the knee area is swollen. Wtf I'm too young for this to happen with me. Cannot even sleep.

So I'm a student of class 10 and 4 days later I have my half yearly exam so the problem is in this session I was only able to continue school for few days after that I had to leave india for awhile but when I came back I fell extremely sick (I have health issues from the starting and it got worst) so because of that I had to skip the entire half yearly session I skipped for 2 months and I wasn't able to give unit test too plus projects on time and because of this my mental health got worst and I wasn't able to study, and I took therapist but it was already very late now I'm scared my school will not allow me to give the exams plus I'll fail and it's my boards year:(

Hey! I don’t know how this is gonna help me or if this is gonna help me..but surely it’s worth a try. Past few years have been rough, and I haven’t had a good sleep now for almost a decade. It feels like I’m living a nightmare when I’m awake and when I’m asleep the nightmares get worse. I  can’t talk to anyone about this because for them I’m probably the happiest and chirpy girl around and whenever I tried telling about my feelings to someone..they made me feel like I’m too much. I’ve tried ending it all in the past few times but somehow failed in that too (that’s for good, I guess) I don’t want to end my life but I also got no good reason to stay. It’s just kinda difficult to go through things alone without having even basic interaction with anyone
