Who needs therapy when you can gaslight yourself into thinking hat everything is fine? On a serious note, please seek help from a mental health professional to feel better. You call yourself depressed or anxious or crazy then why can’t you go to a psychologist to get help? Posting this because May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Please end the stigma attached to mental health conditions.

Who doesn’t want help, bud? It’s not easy for some. Some can’t afford them, some can’t tell anyone due to judgemental or ununderstandable people around them. Strengths to those people from my side, I hope they get their help. 🙂

So true, mental health resources are not easily accessible to many but to me what’s more common is the stigma relaed to getting help from mental health professional. Nobody, stop going to a doctor when they get physically sick! And there are some therapists providing sliding scales for their fee. I hope people understand that seeking help for their mental health is an investment.

sliding scale fee options are like reducing the fee to some extent or charging differently for every other sessions if one has financial issues.
