Celebration

we have known each other from college and I have a very strong feeling for her for 3 years, I crave her so much that I want her as my Life partner, but she is committed to her school friend and they both are very serious (boys’ family knows it). She is a good friend of mine. 

I know it’s wrong to have such feelings for own committed friend, I tried various times to forget her and my feeling, but after few weeks, when I talk to her/see her picture I feel again.
I don't know how to move on or get her?

ps: I had never been in a relationship neither had such feelings before. She calls (audio/video) me every second day for her study. She is so comfortable with me.

Actually I got selected to Seoul national university with full scholarship with accommodation etc. But my whole family including my relatives are doubting me for going  to south Korea like she'll get spoiled easily,what if she get out of hands and bad stuffs and bad mouthing is happening and because of this my parents are getting easily influenced to my relatives. My parents put a condition for me tht if I go for SNU  shld get married to my cousin brother whom I never seen him has my husband or something else and go or else I shouldn't leave the house. I feel so toxic at my home. I literally don't want to get married and I want to be a free bird who can travel all by herself. But now I feel tht they are gonna break my wings and tell me to fly.😭😭😭
I literally fucked up because of this sometimes I just feel like why am I born and my brother is going to USA  into one of the ivy league and no one is questioning him to go but they ate putting all restrictions for me
