Which one is better?
Trapping everything inside yourself and trying to be happy/positive or taking everything out (in your behaviour, relations, activities)and feeling miserable.
I don’t even know if this makes any sense but this is how I feel.
Does anyone relate?

Hey! I don’t think it is ever a good idea to repress. Perhaps you should try to find constructive outlets like art or writing or simply talking about it more here? Don’t keep it all inside you though, that is never helpful.

Relatable. It’s never healthy to trap everything inside yourself because one day, the bottle will explode and you will burst out with your emotions and that will not be healthy. But, even when you take everything out, your behaviour needs to somewhere be in control, in terms of not harming yourself or others. This dilemma is always very confusing but it’s okay, just do what makes you feel better!
