Whenever I get much stressed, I binge eat.
I know it’s not good but that’s what I do
It makes me even lethargic and not completing my task at hand
It feels so messed up, I’m tired

Same here, but it is still better than having bad habits, you can do workout to release stress
I wish I get that motivation
