You can always make improvements in your stuff. Stop expecting so perfect out from you and try to be satisfied and happy with what you have been doing?
And whatever is not enough, is still your hard work and appreciate it in your eyes first rather than expecting someone else to praise you.

Just focus on yourself and worry about the stuff that you need to do to improve yourself, not worrying about what others will say. Its really hard to impress people and there is no need to do so. So, basically divert your mind towards yourself and start working from one thing.
