When you feel overwhelmed,dissociated, like you dont belong, burn out or anything that makes you tired or hopeless, take a moment with yourself. Talk to yourself and say, Well, today was a trying day. You did good though. We will try again tomorrow. You should rest now.
Well, the key word is try, and not to allow yourself to succumb to brain making excuses.
what about when the trying days turn into weeks, and eventually months…sigh
