i was kind of doing pretty well with controlling my emotions these days but it rlly sucks when my mom get mads at me because i go back to square one i feel crushed and i lose all motivation. i really want to get things done but bc of that my body refuses to do anything. i mostly just end up doing nothing by the end of the day
