Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

When I was kid in school, I wanted to buy a new backpack. So I asked my father to get me a new backpack, he beat me up with shoes in the room with everyone watching for asking for a backpack,the next morning my sister in school told her friends that I got beaten up and after one day I bought a new backpack. So when the next morning when I went to school with my new backpack, a girl who knew me said you got a newpack after getting beaten up by your father, that was the moment I realized my sister told her friends that I got beaten up. I felt really embarrassed and humiliated at that point. and now my family wonders why I don’t have enough self confidence as an adult :)
