When i had friends around me, i wanted to be alone. And when i want someone around me , i am all alone longing for some supporting words. Any ideas to escape this crap?
Stay busy in somethingβ¦read books, meditate, go to gym or whatever u like or love to doβ¦it will help u π
Then try to be there for someone elseβ¦ Be for themβ¦like right now I am not able to solve my issues but feeling better on writing for others
