3am Thoughts

Like not only today but from since few weeks i getting more anxious and scarry then i start getting bad dreams like about ghosts and me killing myself. Then i also started overthinking like on another level which is harming my mental peace. And during this time only like today only my boyfriend broke up with me.  So i don't know what to do at last.

Well I met my ex today. We had a friendship even after our breakup. I somehow felt that he still loves me. He texted me that " I feel good when you're around" after I came back home. I don't know what to feel. Well he did actually get into a relationship after we broke up but it didn't last long. Idk what to do.

Breakup

I'm losing weight. I was already underweight with 40kgs ( my height is 1.61 I'm 18 years old) now I'm 37kgs. and 37 is my weight after eating dinner. recently I'm worse with food. I forgot to have breakfast 2 times this week, I never have lunch, and I barely want to eat dinner. yesterday I just had some fries for dinner. today I had a bit more proper dinner but I don't understand how just missing 2 morning cereals could affect my weight this much. I've been stressed a lot for a while maybe that could be it. and honestly I have 0 motivation to gain weight. I don't wanna eat anything or force myself to eat. and since I'm writing this just because I'm gonna be truthful, I like it. I like that I lost weight not bc of my looks but because I feel weak because of it. Now if anyone asks I can say I'm 37kgs and they'll be like omg are u ok? I love pity so much. I love always having an excuse for being lazy and looking like I can't handle any hard work, like I'll break generally being fragile. I like being unhealthy. although I won't stop eating just so I can be unhealthy (I'm not that crazy) I can't help but to like it when I lose weight for some reason. the only bad part is not being able to find clothes that pants that fit me but that was the same case when I was 40kgs just a month ago. not much difference but it has more impact on people when the digit starts with 3 instead of 4. the best part is that I don't look like skin and bones I just look skinny. I'd be trying to gain weight if I really had a bony look but I'm just bordering on looking normal. and yes ik I'm weird af for this mindset. I'm just getting my feelings off my chest and writing somewhere that I'm even more unhealthy now makes me happy too. guilty.

For the past 2 weeks I was getting ready for my vacations to Monaco But a day before leaving for Monaco  My vacation got cancelled because my family has some work that they want me to do it and it hurts💔
I get to go on a vacation only one time of the year and only that for just a week I get off from work and college and that they also took from me.
I grew up telling my problem to no one and never cried infront of anyone and now the result is that I don't even tell anyone if my heart is bleeding I just can't ask for help.

Why am i like this why can't I simply ask for help or comfort from anyone?
