Something that occurs on a frequent basis, just don’t have a way out. More often than not, I am not able to communicate with people how I am really feeling. If I would have done that, maybe a lot wouldn’t have gotten screwed up in the way it did

Maybe try texting if you can’t talk about it in person. Texting is lot easier. Maybe take therapy sessions.
