Try to make some time for yourself! It probably means that you must have stayed strong for a very long time ( it also includes mentally) and maybe you are being hard on yourself for un-wantingly a very long time!! Just breathe, relax, calm down and look out for your poor little self! There’s nothing wrong in what you are feeling… It’s basically your time to heal and become stronger, and don’t be hard on yourself during this stage… It’s very much normal what you are going through and it happens with everyone… Just have a self conversation with your heart and figure out what’s actually going on with you and how you can resolve it… Everything’s gonna be alright
