It doesnt and I get into this vicious circle of crying and then rationalizing and saying myself things like I am super dramatic. Its a toxic cycle. A cycle I cant seem to escape since years
Trust me it is not. Firstly if you feel like crying do it , as much as you want but the moment you stop ,you should have a clear mind and just say you can get through this and you surely will . All that matters is strong will power and to show it how much inner strength you carry in. No matter how hard it gets You are capable of dealing it .

It may feels like that most of the time in your life but you have to believe in yourself you know you figure the shit out and it will get figured out sooner or later . Just never give up on situations and problems without tying till your very best.
Just believe it will also pass. Time will come where better things are still waiting for you.When your time never stops in your happy and right moments why will it stop in sad or wrong ones.
Waiting since long… hope it comes soon
And if it is not coming, just make it happen for yourself. Maybe not everything will be served in spoon for you so sometimes you only need to get your spoon and grab that .
