I suffered panic attacks when im in puberty stage, I always make a scene in school. But as I became matured and grow. I start feeling a calm way. Maybe try to distract ur thoughts, theres a big percent that ur negative thoughts doesnt happen irl, Identify what causes you like that and say to yourself that it havent happened yet, take a deep breathe
