According to me happiness is family/loved ones.
Happiness is love
Whenever you feel even a slightly good change in mood you can feel the happiness…
You can find your happiness in anything.just try to find it and live it up the moment. You don’t have to be burdened, stressed, depressed always .
Your mood have to be changed Everytime
Just find your happiness… 🙌❤️❤️🤗

Happiness is the underlying quality of your being, that is who you really are.
When desires and fears end, there you find happiness. The pursuit of objective experience for the sake of ‘acquiring’ happiness is the mistake we make. But when we accomplish that, the desire for it ends and we experience momentary happiness. It’s not the object acquisition in itself which gives happiness, but it’s the ending of desires and fear which allows us to know the ever present happiness.
When the clouds are removed, the sun shines forth
The easy way to experience the quality of who you are or happiness is to enquire within. Happiness is the joy of your own existence. Ask yourself - “Am I Aware?”. This is the direct path to happiness, stay with that enquiry for a while. Be aware of being aware. Ask: “What is it that knows this experience?”
Happiness is also found by letting go of the ego payoffs and negative feelings. As you disidentify with each clouds, you disidentify with the sense of I. Happiness is without a personal self.
