If you find yourself having to write or type someone’s name but you forgot or don't know, instead of asking them their name, ask them how to spell it instead, that way you may be able to avoid offending the person.

Everyone here ignores me! Like I am invisible or something. And when I try n talk, they never listen, and when I sit quietly they say you toh don’t even talk to anybody!! What am I supposed to do! I m going crazy here.

Anxiety

really torn apart to choose one thing but I am getting stuck again and again.
My exams are coming up and that means studying and cramming shit but I also want to take care of myself by eating right and sleeping on time but it is so hard to balance that during exam season
