What is REALITY?  I need your answers coz I'm writing some lyrics for a song about reality and I don't want it to just me to answer coz it would be biased. I need more opinions to be fair and precise. Thank you!!!

Life

I broke up with the my bf long back now he is married but still get the dream that he is with me. He was not just my bf, he is everything to me because I feel like an orphan after he is not with me. I’ve my family but there’s no use of it. They don’t think is an issue n they are too selfish
So shall I go for counselling or some doctor?

Breakup

I am having symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I have been driving too fast. I have been making wrong decisions ranging from minor to major tasks. I am having very deep dreams and I usually wake up due to panicking since past few days. Many of the dreams are just very unrelatable. last night I unconsciously but my tongue while sleeping. I had bruised it when I woke up.

Insomnia

Career

I and my ex broke up like a month ago. It was his decision, I was very upset and felt like he played me. recently I have been dreaming about him alot like I have 5-6 dreams of him which is insane cause I have never dreamed of the same person so much that too in a row. In my dreams I mostly see him along with his family members. One day I had a dream of us kissing. Everytime I dream of him he and I are in good terms while in actuality we are not and he pushed me away. And yes I think alot about him too...can anyone tell me what do these dreams mean?

Help I don't know what to do...
I have been dreaming about a specific person for more than 2 years we are not that close but we somehow work in the same department I can dream about him in a span of 4 months I would dream about him 3 times....I later grew to a point were I actually developed feeling for him  because of the regular occurrence 9f him in my dreams 
But unfortunately he has a girlfriend and they have been dating for 4 years so I don't know what to do I'm trying to move on buy I don't know what's stopping me from doing so

Stress

I always saw dream like my papa came back to me. Just this morning i saw a dream he came back home safe and fine and i was the happiest person on earth at that moment (in my dream ofcourse) i just wanted shout that my papa came back to me. But just few moments later i unknowingly wake up and i was like blank because that dream really seemed like its real. And after waking up it was all blank, back to damn reality. I just wanted to never wake up. I always saw dream like this and its hurt whenever i wake up
