What if your boyfriend doesn’t take u out on lunch or dinner but instead goes out with his friends everyday for lunch..and then makes an excuse saying ‘whenever I ask you for lunch u say no’ but doesn’t really ask!

My boyfriend and I just broke up, I've been hoping for him to call me and ask me to fix our relationship but he chose to block me. So many red flags but decided to always understand him to forgive him. I want to cry but even my tears left me.

I think every time I am alone or have nothing else to do I think and trust me when I say this I tend to overthink and it's not healthy, I am indeed aware of this but how do I stop my mind from just overthinking almost everything.
I thought I needed a break but even after that break it's all the same.

Confusion

My sister is 17, she always yells at mom and blame her for everything, she has tendency to blame others. She is very demotivated, deep down depressed and frustrated, but not listing to anyone or trying to understand anything to improve. She is very poor in studies, she did horrible in her class 10 boards and got compartment (her compartment exams were also not good), after that she created a lot drama blaming my mom for that too, how to deal with this toxic environment, we are hoping and praying that she pass her compartment and go to school so she would get a bit normal and things can improve, I always feel anxiety due to all this, I tried all I could do, due to all this I can't even focus on my college. Any suggestions, this is worst phase I have been till now, there is no peace at home due to all this.
