what helps social anxiety/ awkward clumsiness…
I only out of nowhere become clumsy in general public places or school
I’m struggling with the same issues… What helped me was to focus on myself, like when you’re surrounded by many people and you feel your anxiety coming through and you find yourself drifting off or smth, try to cut out your surroundings. Imagine you’re the only person in this room or smth. And also: confidence is the key. Try to become as confident as possible. Everyone expresses his/ her confidence in a different way, try to find your way
