What does Sadhguru mean when he says i am not the body not the mind. Then does it mean i am awareness?
Krish @krishnabisht
I am not the body means it’s not your identity, your soul is your identity so you’re not the body you’re the soul
I am not the mind, that means whatever situation is going on in your life is created by your mind so it’s not you, you’re the soul
Here self means soul
So are relationships in real life meaningless?
Krish @krishnabisht
It’s not meaningless, it’s true that one day everyone will leave, lekin jab tak hum iss body me hai we have a life and life isn’t meaningless toh jo life me aa raha hai vo meaningless kaise hogaya
Thn after death it won’t matter?
Krish @krishnabisht
Yes
Thn does it mean we don’t love at all just perform our duty?
I believe so too
Krish @krishnabisht
After death materialistic things won’t matter death ke baad bhi agar matter kar rahi hai toh tantrik bulana padhega fir you’ll haunt people 🙄🙄
I don’t mean i mean after the other person’s death while u are still alive?
Krish @krishnabisht
Okay so…emotions souls me bhi hote haii that’s why our culture teaches us to be detached…even if you’re loving someone don’t get attached ki unke jaane se you’ll get traumatized…jaise hum shareer me rehte hai after death humari soul ka nature bhi waisa hi hota hai…if your attachment is intense then after death also you’ll be attached to certain things and your soul won’t get peace
Sure honestly I don’t believe in reincarnation or all it may be transformation of energy becoming a similar self not me so for me there is only 1self that’s in this life nd there is also 1end which ends everything for me.
Some people i really can’t let go
What abu?
Krish @krishnabisht
For you it does matter because you’re living a life but for other person it depends kaisa nature hai uss insan ka if he gets detached before dying then materialistic things won’t bother him
In many cultures they are still relationships that transcend the so called materialistic world entangling with each other’s karma
Thn don’t u feel sad or scared?
Why?
Thn don’t u feel scared once u die everything u have done will become meaningless after some generations no one will even remember ur name
Krish @krishnabisht
It’s a quite huge topic…in Hinduism as well there are two tantrik paths dakshinachar and vamachar…both beliefs are different dakshinachar believes in theory of reincarnation and vamachar doesn’t believe in reincarnation and in Buddhism they believe there isn’t anything like God our mind is everything Hinduism works on life after death but Buddhism works on life before death there are lot of cultures with different belief system it’s upto you what you’re believing after all belief is the strongest power humans have
One day u will be alone watching ur parents uncle’s relatives die
I actually don’t believe anything for me death is end that’s why i feel very scared
It’s the truth but i still feel scary
Meaning?
How i really want to
Krish @krishnabisht
Death is not the end there is a life after death there are hundreds of cultures who work in different areas some work on life after death while some work on life before death…it’s up to you aapko kispe kaam karna hai there are people who work on both before and after death…life never ends life is there it’s just you change your way of life when you d!_e
I feel it’s a madeup story to calm people’ restless mind nd panic as there’s no proof
Ur id?
Krish @krishnabisht
There is a proof buddy
Where?
Krish @krishnabisht
There are two ways to experience these things…first is by experiencing energies by yourself and second is by reading articles of scientists who proved it
Krish @krishnabisht
Understand** not experience
Have u experienced those energies? Nd which scientists?
Krish @krishnabisht
Yeah I did experience energies and give me a day I’ll give you some links and references of some books where everything is proved scientifically…I have a list mujhe vo paper dhundna padhega
Ok plz do
Krish @krishnabisht
Yupp…dm kardo aap mai kal tak bhejta hu
Ujjwal @ujjwals
That’s doesn’t mean anything. Just puzzle to confuse people. In a nutshell He’s talking about param-atman. It cannot be described, only experienced through meditation.
Imagine the body and mind as clouds in the sky. The clouds are constantly changing in shape and size, sometimes appearing and sometimes disappearing. The sky, however, remains vast and unchanging, unaffected by the clouds that pass through it. Your true self is like the sky vast, clear, and unchanging while the body and mind are like the clouds impermanent and ever-changing. Recognizing that you are the sky, not the clouds, helps you see beyond temporary physical and mental states to your true, enduring nature.
