What do you think you should do when all the relationships you have from birth are shattering. You don’t wanna ever talk to your father due to some reasons, you almost lost your mom, your friends think you have an attitude as you don’t talk much. Like how the hell am I suppose to talk when everything that goes in my mind is how could I end my overthinking and suffering. I just don’t know how to get out of the constant loop of overthinking, irritation, frustration.

U won’t believe me but things start getting little easy just by talking or sharing all the things what you are going through. It won’t solve everything but guides you to think in different way…

Hey I can understand how it feels! When all you have experienced is negativity it’s hard to find that Ray of sunshine. Try figuring out your thoughts, journaling is a great start! You see ur bitter and frustrated about ur experiences and tho they’re completely valid you have to let them go at some point so u can grow! And the more you introspect it, feel it, write it down, cry over it, ull see slowly they’ll loosen their grip on you. The frustration, the overthinking that ur facing will lessen. And it’s ok people don’t know what place yr coming from so they misunderstand you, nobody’s wrong in this…try to open ur heart. If u don’t heal ur you’ll bleed on people who didn’t hurt you! So take care. Hope this helps!
