Go to bookmyshow and do something that I would enjoy! Trekking with a group of strangers, or creative activities like pottery , painting where you can meet new ppl. Go to a comedy show. Watch a movie by yourself! I also make conscious effort to talk to my old friends often. Talking to them about old memories really makes me feel light.
Ouu thanks, actually i was thinking of going to an open mic ( i sing and i write sometimes ) but abhi i cant find any venue close to my place
Then sing for the gram :) or else register yourself a s performer on bookmyshow (you can either perform for free or charge people to come and have a virtual sing along with you!) Google uncle will give you more ideas. Just keep your mind occupied on being happy ☺️

Watch feel good movies, talk with a trustworthy friend, write down whatever is going in my mind this one really helps sometimes writing down what you are feeling can calm you down tremendously. You should try it and sometimes you also get to know why you’re feeling certain way.

I talk to myself
I do that all the time but it takes no time to shift from talking to myself and having anxiety 😬😂
It does and I have been in depression for a couple of years and I know how it feels but what I do is talk to myself or maybe imagine myself as a powerful person or a princess and take down the people I hate… In my imagination… And this helped me alot till today but and it also helped me to know myself better… Yeah sometimes we get back to anxiety but to avoid that don’t stop taking to yourself… The more you talk to your self the more self confidence you build in and more ambitious you become and you can decide and make decisions on what you want and wht is right.
